Stuffed Cheese Red Pepper

MATERIALS
- 6 meaty red pepper
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 100 g Ekici Yellow Cheese
- 1 water glass whey cheese
- 1 teaspoon of mustard (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Dill
PREPARE
- Ekici yellow cheese is grated in a plate and whey cheese is added on it and optionally mustard is added and mashed with a fork.
- Salt, red pepper and cumin are scattered and mixed and minced dill is added.
- The filling ingredient is filled in the peppers by means of a teaspoon.
- Peppers are aligned down on the tray (Pyrex will be easier).
- Olive oil is spread on them and baked for 30 minutes in the oven which was in advance set for 10 minutes.
- It is sliced and vinegar is spread on it and parsley is scattered on it.
- Bon appetite.
