Stuffed Cheese Red Pepper

MATERIALS

  • 6 meaty red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 100 g Ekici Yellow Cheese
  • 1 water glass whey cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Dill

PREPARE

  • Ekici yellow cheese is grated in a plate and whey cheese is added on it and optionally mustard is added and mashed with a fork.
  • Salt, red pepper and cumin are scattered and mixed and minced dill is added.
  • The filling ingredient is filled in the peppers by means of a teaspoon.
  • Peppers are aligned down on the tray (Pyrex will be easier).
  • Olive oil is spread on them and baked for 30 minutes in the oven which was in advance set for 10 minutes.
  • It is sliced and vinegar is spread on it and parsley is scattered on it.
  • Bon appetite.
