Roasted Cheese Meatballs

MATERIALS

  • 1/2 kg mince for meatballs
  • 1 egss
  • 1 medium sized onion (grated)
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 spoon of bread crumbs
  • 1 water glass of Ekici Yellow Cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

PREPARE

  • Knead the mince to being it in the form of meatballs and pull them in the size of an egg and round them.
  • Press them in the middle by your fingers to give them the shape of a pot.
  • Mash the boiled potatoes and flavour them with spices and fill one tablespoon of the contents in the meatballs.
  • Align the meatballs on the baking tray and then mix 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and two glasses of water add them on the tray.
  • Roast the meatballs at 220 degrees until fried well.
  • Before taking from the oven, scatter yellow cheese on them and take them out of the oven as soon as the yellow cheese is melted and they are ready to be served.
