Mozzarella Cheese with Tomato Slices

MATERIALS

  • 3 mass of (300 g) Ekici mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh basil
  • 3 pieces of medium size tomato peeled off
  • 6 - 8 pieces of cherry tomato
  • 1 coffee cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 - 10 pieces of black olive
  • 4 branches of fresh onion
  • 4 branches of rosemary
  • 1 pieces of fresh lemon water
  • 1 pieces of green lolorosso
  • 1 pieces of endive

PREPARE

  • Slice the mozzarella cheese and tomatoes in an equal manner in round form.
  • Place fresh greenery to the middle of the service plate and add mozzarella cheese slices and tomato slices on it in an order from big to small size and arrange it in a form so that one slice of tomato follows one slice of mozzarella cheese layer by layer.
  • Then add fresh basil leaves, rosemary and endive greeneries.
  • Spread cherry tomatoes and black olives to the sides. Slice some of the fresh basil leaves very finely.
  • Blend in the kitchen blender with one coffee cup of olive oil and one piece of lemon juice until it has a slick stiffness.
  • Serve it after spreading some olive oil with basil you have prepared.
