Cheese Crepe Roll

MATERIALS

  • 100 g Ekici White Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of Ekici Yellow Cheese
  • Parsley
  • FOR THE CREPE;
  • 1.5 water glass of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 water glass of milk
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt

PREPARE

  • To prepare the crepe dough, add flour, eggs, milk, oil and salt in a deep bowl and mix them.
  • Gently oil the Teflon pan and add a half ladle of crepe dough. Turn the dough and fry them on both sides.
  • Take the crepes on a plain level and add some of the ready filling ingredients prepared with Ekici white cheese and minced parsley and wrap them rolled.
  • Slice the crepes and align them on the slightly oiled tray.
  • Scatter Ekici yellow cheeses which are grated on the crepes and bake them at 200 degree oven until the cheeses are melted.
