Cheese Crepe Roll

MATERIALS
- 100 g Ekici White Cheese
- 1 teaspoon of Ekici Yellow Cheese
- Parsley
- FOR THE CREPE;
- 1.5 water glass of flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 water glass of milk
- 2 tablespoon of oil
- Salt
PREPARE
- To prepare the crepe dough, add flour, eggs, milk, oil and salt in a deep bowl and mix them.
- Gently oil the Teflon pan and add a half ladle of crepe dough. Turn the dough and fry them on both sides.
- Take the crepes on a plain level and add some of the ready filling ingredients prepared with Ekici white cheese and minced parsley and wrap them rolled.
- Slice the crepes and align them on the slightly oiled tray.
- Scatter Ekici yellow cheeses which are grated on the crepes and bake them at 200 degree oven until the cheeses are melted.
